Every incident, explained. Every stakeholder, informed.
SREnity pulls the ticket, work notes, diagnostics and network data behind an IT incident into one place. It drafts an evidence-linked summary, the timeline, the PIR report and an email for every stakeholder, before your bridge call ends.
Early sign-ups get a founding-team discount and a priority pilot slot.

Connect
Give SREnity read-only access to your ITSM, testing and monitoring tools. It picks up incidents the moment they open.
Investigate
SREnity reads tickets, work notes, diagnostics and network data, and builds the real story: who, what, when, how bad. Gaps and contradictions are flagged, never guessed.
Communicate
You get the summary, the timeline, the PIR report and three audience-ready emails. Review, edit, send from your own tools, move on.
Every fact checked. Every connection read-only.
How a claim gets published
- 01Quoted
Each claim carries the exact passage of the work note, alarm or metric it came from. The quote is checked against the source text; a mismatch blocks the claim.
- 02Checked
Names, numbers, units and times are compared with the source. A draft can't say 4% loss when the evidence says 2.6%.
- 03Conflicts kept
When two notes disagree, both are shown and cited. SREnity never quietly picks the newest note as the truth.
- 04Labelled
A root cause is marked as stated by a responder, inferred from evidence, or unknown. An inference is never dressed up as a confirmation.
A claim that fails a check is not published as fact. It becomes a visible “unknown” or “conflict” note instead.

The initial DNS suspicion was not supported by later checks; the carrier was still investigating packet loss. [1][2]
Built for a security review
Security questions? contact@srenity.techConnectors reach approved endpoints only, through read-only allowlists. Each credential is bound to a single connection.
The drafting agent has no tools that change infrastructure, tickets or configuration, and text inside a ticket can't grant it any.
Row-level database policies separate every customer's data. Files sit in private, encrypted, customer-scoped storage.
Sensitive fields are redacted before anything reaches the language model. Provider and region are fixed per deployment, never switched silently.
Operational logs hold IDs and status, not notes, prompts or secrets. Our operators have no standing access to incident content.
Retention is configured per customer. Deletion removes the data and its cached copies, and leaves a receipt with no content in it.
No accuracy claims until pilots earn them
We won't quote a success rate we haven't measured. Every pilot is scored the same way:
We measure your team's review, edit and approval time against how long the same updates take today.
20–50 of your historical incidents first, then live incidents where you allow it.
Results come with sample size and caveats. Any manual help from us is logged, not passed off as automation.
Before you sign up
When does SREnity launch?
We're onboarding a small group of pilot teams first, with general availability to follow. Join the early-access list and you'll hear from us before anyone else.
What do early sign-ups get?
A founding-team discount on your first year, a priority pilot slot run on your own incidents, and a direct say in which integrations we build next.
Who is SREnity for?
IT operations teams, network operations centres, MSPs and SRE teams who run incident bridges and owe updates to customers, engineers and leadership at the same time.
Which tools does it work with?
SREnity connects read-only to your ITSM or ticketing system first, then to monitoring sources such as metrics, alarms and logs. Tell us your stack when we follow up on your sign-up; it decides which connectors ship first.
Does SREnity send emails or change anything?
No. It drafts; your engineer reviews, edits and sends from their own tools. Access is read-only, so it never changes your network, your tickets or your configuration.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. SREnity runs on an existing model and needs none of your data for training. Your incidents are used only to draft your own summaries, updates and reports. They are never used to train or fine-tune any model, and never shared with another customer.
How is our incident data protected?
Connectors are read-only and reach approved endpoints only. Each customer's data is isolated, sensitive fields are redacted before anything reaches the language model, logs carry no incident content, and retention is set per customer.
How do I know the summary is accurate?
Every factual statement links to the exact work note, alarm or metric it came from. When evidence is missing or contradicts itself, SREnity says so instead of guessing.
